Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
Location: Upper Midwest, USA
Type: Full-time

Overview:
Veritable North is looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and modifying mechanical designs for custom assemblies, fixtures, and components. This is a great opportunity for a creative and technical professional looking to apply their skills in a growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to refine designs
• Review specifications and ensure manufacturability of designs
• Support prototyping, documentation, and design revisions
• Assist in the development of tooling and custom assembly fixtures

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, or related field
• Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
