Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience
Location: Upper Midwest, USA
Type: Full-time

Overview:
Veritable North is seeking a skilled and people-focused HR Director to lead our human resources department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, compliance, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development in a growing manufacturing environment. We're looking for a proactive individual who can build structure, support our team, and contribute to a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
• Manage benefits administration including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Support supervisors and employees with coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
