Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Overview:
Veritable North is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to support our precision manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up and running CNC equipment in a clean, safety-focused environment. No programming experience required—just a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery according to established procedures
• Perform visual inspections and use measurement tools to ensure part quality
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Follow production schedules and safety protocols
• Communicate with team leads and maintenance staff as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with CNC or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
• Ability to read instructions and use basic measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
